Personal Data Protection Policy

This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to personal data collected, processed, transmitted and stored during your use of the Cinessance service (hereinafter "the Cinessance Service").

The personal data to which Cinessance has access are those that you communicate to us when you create an account to access the Cinessance Service and when you use it. Thus, Cinessance collects in particular:

  • your email address, your login details, contact details and means of payment and information on your use of the Cinessance Service (comments, likes, content viewed, etc.), under the conditions provided for in this Policy, it being specified that the persons registering to the Service Cinessance are deemed to be of legal age to be able to register and transmit their personal data.   • consumption data of the user and the Subscriber to the Cinessance Service and data relating to the reactions and responses of users and Subscribers to communication campaigns or satisfaction surveys or questionnaires implemented at the request of Cinessance.
Users and Subscribers to the Cinessance Service are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data communicated to Cinessance.


3. Use of your personal data

We collect and process your personal data for the purposes and on the legal grounds described below. When you use the Cinessance Service, we also collect information about your device that connects to the Cinessance Service and how you use the Cinessance Service, through tracers ("cookies").
